How do I purchase flowers online?^Top

Flower Temple has designed our website to ensure shopping for flowers and plants is quick and easy experience.

1. Browse our categories and familiarise yourself with our extensive product range.

2. Click on the photo images to view product details.

3. To make a purchase click the "Add to cart" button and continue to follow the easy step by step ordering process.

4. You can view items in your shopping cart at any time by selecting the Shopping Cart Button.

5. It is recommended that you check your delivery area postcode to view the delivery rates before you continue your order.

6. Please ensure that all required details are complete. Check over your details carefully before you continue to place your order.

7. You may abandon your order at any time.

8. Once you have placed your order you will receive a receipt number and an email confirming your order has been received for processing.

If you prefer to place your order details and payment via the phone feel free to contact our store directly. We also encourage you to use the website as a product catalogue and interact with one of our experienced florist.

What are Flower Temple's delivery hours and terms?^Top

Flower Temple offers the following delivery service to most suburbs in Melbourne and the Greater Melbourne Area:

Monday – Friday Deliveries:

Same Day Delivery - Orders must be placed by 1.30pm EST
Next Day Delivery - Orders received after 1.30pm EST will be delivered the following day.
Urgent Delivery - Please call our store on (03) 9663 3022 to request a VIP delivery service.
Note: Orders placed online on Saturday and Sunday will be processed Monday morning. Click here to Search Postcode and Delivery Rates.

Saturday Deliveries

Flower Temple offers a Saturday delivery service to the following suburbs however orders must be placed by 2:00pm EST the day prior (Friday).

Saturday delivery service is charged at the VIP Service charge, the rate is double the standard rate. Please be sure to check the standard rate then double the rate to obtain the fee you will be charged.

Some areas we deliver flowers to are: Carlton, West Melbourne, East Melbourne, North Melbourne, South Melbourne, Fitzroy, Docklands, Southgate and Melbourne CBD.

Sunday Deliveries

Flower Temple does not offer a Sunday delivery service, however Mothers' Day & Valentine’s Day deliveries are the exception!

Public Holidays

Flower Temple does not offer a delivery service on Public Holidays.

VIP Delivery Service

Flower Temple offers a VIP delivery service from Monday to Friday. This service can be used for customers that require a timed delivery or for customers that have not placed their orders by 1.30pm EST and require same day delivery. Please contact the Customer Priority Manager on 1300 650 344 to arrange a VIP delivery service.

Funeral Deliveries

Flower Temple treats funeral orders with the highest priority. Ensure to provide correct delivery details and please specify the funeral service time on your order. Our Customer Priority Manager will contact you to finalise your funeral delivery requirements upon receipt of your order.

Interstate Deliveries

Flower Temple has a preferred network of interstate florists who we can arrange to have your delivery requirements fulfilled with. Flower varieties vary from state to state therefore we prefer to advise you accordingly. Please contact Flower Temple on 1300 650 344 or send an email to info@flowertemple.com.au and we shall make contact with you directly to arrange your interstate delivery.

Can I return my order?^Top

Should you be dissatisfied with our product or service please contact the Flower Temple Customer Priority Manager on 1300 650 344 within 48 hours of receiving the product or service.

Every effort will be made to rectify any dissatisfaction. In order to assist us in ensuring that the Care Instructions provided have been followed, it is our policy to collect the original product and send a new product or we will refund the full value of the order to the customer.

Can I cancel my order?^Top

Should you wish to amend or cancel an order you should do so up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. Call the Flower Temple Customer Priority Manager on 1300 650 344.

Notice given for a cancelled order up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date will attract an administration fee.

This fee is calculated at 15% of the total order value. Orders that have already been prepared for distribution can be cancelled but not refunded.

Do Flower Temple substitute products ordered?^Top

In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering Flower Temple will inform the customer and upon approval by the customer will replace the product with another similar product equal to, or greater than, the original product value.
